Who are StressManagers?
StressManagers are a nationwide group of like-minded stress management professionals who work privately and within organisations, to promote best practice in stress management and stress reduction.
Our experienced Stress Management group members either work in private practice or have organisational responsibilities. They are trained to recognise, treat and reduce the effects of stress within individuals and organisations.
Alongside a full programme of CPD, training and partnership activities, the StressManagers group provides a congenial and welcoming atmosphere in which its members can relax, share and pursue mutual professional interests.
Benefits of Membership
The group’s main areas of activity are:
- Training Courses - developed by practitioners for practitioners, offering StressManagers’ own modular Certificate and Diploma courses, which can lead to Master’s level university accreditation.
- Continuous Professional Development Programme - StressManagers runs a popular series of quarterly Masterclasses and its own CareTaker® and Caretaker Plus® CPD programmes to keep members up-to-date with developments in Stress management.
- Support - At the heart of the organisation lies the group itself, which provides professional and personal support for its members.
