An intensive course 4 day course (over 2 training weekends) to help new practitioners effectively market their practice and encourage established therapists to improve their marketing and practice skills. Subjects covered include advertising strategies, area management, insurance, development of a business plan, pricing and effective use of the Stressmanagers identity and corporate materials.
The course is conducted over 4 days (2 training weekends). There will be continuous assessment throughout the course. A portfolio of work will be kept and assessed before the end of the course.
The course content is constantly changing in line with best practice and time will be spent with each student to study individual situations and personal choice of marketing materials.
At the conclusion of the course a Certificate in Marketing & Practice Management will be awarded. By this time the student will have learnt how to set up and run a successful therapy practice; be able to deal more knowledgeably with banks, accountants, lawyers and health professionals; be confident of new ways to increase revenue and profitability and be able to market and promote his/her practice using cost-effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
